We identify and secure commodity supply from established producers and processors across Southern and Central Africa. Our sourcing relationships are built on long-term partnerships, consistent quality standards and reliable volume commitments.

Quality & Processing
Our quality management process covers sampling, assaying, specification verification and documentation for all commodity shipments.
We coordinate with processing facilities to ensure commodities meet international buyer specifications. Quality management is central to our supply chain — we monitor specification compliance at every stage from mine to export.

Volume Aggregation
Chundu Group (Pty) Ltd maintains relationships with multiple producers in each commodity category to ensure supply continuity.
We consolidate supply from multiple sources to meet buyer volume requirements and delivery schedules. Our aggregation capability allows us to supply consistent volumes even when individual source volumes fluctuate.

Key logistics corridors include the Copperbelt to Durban, the DRC to Dar es Salaam, and South African chrome producing regions to Richards Bay.
We manage road, rail and cross-border logistics from producing regions to export points across Southern and Central Africa. Our logistics network covers the key mineral corridors from the DRC and Zambia through to South African ports.
